PALS welcomes new CEO, Neil Curnow

PALS Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Curnow as our new Chief Executive Officer. Neil brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across the disability, health, training, and community services sectors. He has held senior roles with organisations including ONCALL Group Australia, Real Community Services, Community First International, and The Salvation Army, leading transformation, growth, and positive community outcomes at regional, state, and national levels.

With a proven track record in building values-driven teams and guiding organisations through change, Neil is passionate about quality, compliance, and supporting people to live their best lives.

As CEO of PALS, Neil is focused on building on our strong community legacy, expanding our service reach, investing in our people, and ensuring high-quality, participant-centred support.
