About PALS
Connecting people, building independence, and creating communities where everyone belongs.
Your Local Partner in Disability Support
Welcome to Providing All Living Supports (PALS), your trusted regional NDIS provider in northern Victoria and southern NSW. PALS supports adults with a wide range of disabilities, including intellectual disability, autism, psychosocial disability, acquired brain injury and other complex support needs, through services such as supported living, short‑term respite, daily living support, community participation, group programs and social enterprises.
Since 2011, PALS has grown into a multi‑site, trusted local provider, strengthening inclusion, independence and connection for people with disability across the Moira Shire and surrounding region. Each year, PALS supports over a hundred people to build daily living skills, friendships and confidence, while contributing to the wider community through partnerships, events and social enterprises.
We are honoured to walk alongside each person on their journey and proud to share their words with you.
Our Approach
At Providing All Living Supports (PALS), support is built around each person, not a program. Your goals, routines and community are the starting point, and services are tailored so you can live more independently, stay connected locally and feel in control of your life.
PALS provides practical, day‑to‑day support including:
Getting out and about, building friendships, and joining in local activities and groups.
Help with personal care, meals, household tasks and building skills at home.
Breaks at Gorman House and other settings that give you and your family time to rest and recharge.
Shared or individual living with support on hand so you can manage your own home life.
Through partnerships with housing providers and local services, PALS also supports access to Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and other suitable housing options where extra design features or higher levels of support are needed.
Comprehensive, person‑centred care
PALS brings together support workers, coordinators and a network of allied health and clinical partners to provide holistic support that looks at the whole person – physical, social and emotional. The focus is on clear communication, consistent staff and support that can flex as your needs change over time.
Choosing PALS means working with a long‑standing, regional, NDIS‑registered provider that invests in its people, strengthens quality every year and is committed to inclusion, reliability and respect in every interaction. You are not just accessing a service; you are connecting with a team that walks alongside you, your family and carers to build a life of choice, dignity and belonging close to home.
Assistance to navigate your NDIS Plan and connect you with the services you require.
Structured activities and work‑like opportunities that build confidence, skills and routine.
Our vision. A fully inclusive community where all people achieve their potential.
PALS envisions communities where people with disability are included, connected and supported to live the lives they choose. As a regional, NDIS‑registered provider, PALS aims to be a leader in quality support across northern Victoria and southern NSW, setting a strong standard for safe, reliable and person‑centred care.
PALS strives to create environments where each person has real opportunities, genuine choice and a strong voice in decisions about their life. Dignity, respect, reliability and belonging sit at the heart of every interaction, with innovation and collaboration used to improve services and outcomes over time.
The goal is for PALS to be synonymous with positive impact in the region – a trusted organisation that walks alongside people, families and communities so everyone has the chance to participate, contribute and reach their potential.

Our Values: Belonging, Integrity, Reliability, and Respect.
PALS’ values can be expressed in simple, practical language that links directly to how services are delivered.
Reliability
Reliability means people can count on PALS to do what it says it will do. This shows up in consistent support workers, turning up on time, following through on plans and providing stable services that families and referrers can trust.
Respect
Respect is treating every person as an equal, with their own strengths, culture, choices and story. PALS shows respect by listening, using plain and courteous language, seeking consent, honouring privacy and supporting people to make their own decisions wherever possible.
Belonging
Belonging means people feel welcome, included and part of their local community. PALS works to create spaces and supports where people can build friendships, join in activities and feel at home with others, not on the margins.
Integrity
Integrity is about being honest, transparent and doing the right thing even when no one is watching. For PALS this means clear communication, ethical decisions, owning mistakes and always putting people’s safety and rights first.
