Our Services
At Providing All Living Supports (PALS), services are designed to help people with disability live well at home, stay connected locally and work towards their own goals. Support is person‑centred and flexible, so it can be shaped around each person’s routines, strengths and preferences rather than a one‑size‑fits‑all program.
PALS offers a broad mix of supports, including help with daily living, community access, group activities, supported living, short‑term respite and social enterprises. Whether someone needs one‑to‑one assistance, support in a shared home, or structured group programs, the aim is the same: to build independence, well‑being and genuine participation in community life.
Core services include:
-
Assistance with daily living: Support with personal care, meals, household tasks and building skills at home.
-
Community access: Help to get out and about, join local activities, maintain relationships and build new connections.
-
Supported Independent Living (SIL): Support in shared or individual homes so people can manage their own household with the right level of assistance.
-
Short‑term respite: Breaks at Gorman House and other settings to give people and families time to rest, recharge and try new experiences.
-
Group programs and social enterprises: Activity based supports and work like opportunities that build confidence, routine and work and life skills.
-
Support Coordination: Help to understand NDIS plans, choose providers, coordinate services and keep supports working well together over time.
PALS also supports access to Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and other suitable housing options through local partnerships, helping people find safe, accessible homes where they can thrive and feel at home in their own community.

"Going out into the community used to feel overwhelming, but PALS made it easy. My support worker encourages me to try new places and activities, and now I actually look forward to getting out and meeting new people. I feel more confident and independent than ever.”
