Working at PALS

A role at PALS is more than a job, it's a chance to see real change in people’s lives, growing your skills and career along the way.

All work is driven by purpose at PALS. Every person on the team helps create more choice, independence, and connection for people with disabilities in our local communities. Come and work with us!

Why choose PALS

  • Purposeful work: See the impact of your support as you help people achieve their goals and participate more fully in community life.

  • Growth and development: Build your skills through on-the-job learning, training, and opportunities to step into new roles and responsibilities.

  • Supportive culture: Be part of a values-led, collaborative team where respect, integrity, and genuine care guide how we work.

  • Flexibility and variety: Work across different programs and settings with a mix of roles and shifts that support a healthy work-life balance.

Inclusion and belonging

PALS is an inclusive, equal opportunity employer, welcoming people of all ages, cultures, identities, and experiences. Diversity is valued as a strength that enriches the team and improves the quality of support offered to participants.

Getting ready to apply

Many roles require an NDIS Worker Screening Check in Victoria, which can be started online via Service Victoria. You can begin this check before or during the application process to help streamline recruitment.
